Finance (Treasury) Manager

This position reports to the Director of Treasury and interacts with the External Bank, Corporate accounting, M&A, Purchasing, Risk Management, and Tax dpt. Candidate must have strong communication skills. The candidate must have strong accounting, financial analysis and modelling skills, and management skills. Total compensation is upto $100K.


Duties and responsibilities:

·       Treasury Reporting:

·       Report on Working capital trends and forecasts. Analyze impact of acquisitions on working capital

·       Develop and report KPI’s around working capital

·       Explain variances in working capital forecast (AR,AP, INV, Prepaid) vs actual

·       Will maintain a 13 week cash flow forecast, and will need to work with treasury operations to manage the company’s revolver. Will reconcile forecast to actuals on a weekly basis

·       Will maintain daily cash collection reports and analyze actuals versus targets

·       Will be responsible for monitoring and compiling the daily cash position, and be responsible for coordinating funding

·       Will track, compile and report the daily debt position of the company

·       Will work on CAPEX expenditure reports

·       Treasury Month End Activities:

·       Treasury related Month End entries, i.e Interco, interest

·       Reconcile corporate balance sheet recs – Revolver, bond, accrued interest GL 20310

·       Over seeing Bank reconciliations done by the team. Taking lead on more complex and newly acquired bank recs

·       Managing Credit activities:

·       Candidate is familiar with Credit Agreements, Derivatives and financial instruments

·       Will be responsible for interest accruals, booking of debt on balance sheet

·       Fully Manage the Credit card program



·       Degree in Finance or Business, preferred Masters or CPA

·       Strong Financial Analysis Skills

·       Strong Excel Skills

·       Advanced Financial modelling skills

·       6-9 years’ work experience

·       Strong knowledge of accounting

·       Knowledge of financial and debt instruments

·       Exceptional problem solving and listening skills

·       Strong time management skills

·       Strong team working skills and people management skills

·       Flexibility to work additional hours as dictated by business needs

·       Ability to quickly adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
